Leadership Development Programmes:
I design and deliver bespoke Leadership Development Programmes.  These can be combined with individual coaching sessions.
Board and Team Development:
I design and deliver tailored development programmes and awaydays for Boards and teams. These can also include the use of psychometric profiling to aid team understanding.
I am a highly skilled facilitator, used to working with large and small groups across all sectors to achieve consensus on action. I have particular expertise in public sector partnerships.
Action Learning Sets:
I facilitate a  process which involves committing to be a member of a small group who meet together regularly to work on real organisational issues or problems. By sharing experience and ideas and learning from one another, individuals can formulate practical plans of action that to implement.
Organisational Development:
I deliver a variety of OD interventions which address issues such as organisational change, organisational culture, strategic and business planning.
